Simple Divorce (No Children, No Property)

Florida's simplified dissolution of marriage is the fastest, most affordable route for couples with no minor or dependent children, no real or significant personal property to divide, and mutual agreement to end the marriage. Both spouses must appear at a brief final hearing.

We prepare the Petition for Simplified Dissolution, both parties' financial affidavits, the marital settlement agreement (if needed), and the final judgment paperwork — ready for you to file and schedule a hearing at the clerk's office.

Divorce with Children (No Property)

When children are involved but property is minimal, Florida requires a full dissolution petition with a parenting plan, time-sharing schedule, and child support guidelines worksheet. We prepare every Supreme Court–approved form including the UCCJEA affidavit and Notice of Social Security Number.

We work with you to draft a time-sharing schedule that reflects your family's reality and meets the court's best-interest standards.

Divorce with Children & Property (Settlement Agreement)

For contested or complex divorces with real estate, retirement accounts, businesses, or meaningful personal property, we prepare a full Marital Settlement Agreement covering equitable distribution, alimony (if applicable), and all asset transfers.

We coordinate with the parenting plan, child support worksheet, and supplemental orders (QDRO, deed preparation referrals) so your final judgment package is complete on the day of hearing.

Divorce with Summons Services

If the other spouse cannot be located or refuses to sign the settlement agreement, the petition must be formally served via process server. We prepare the petition package and coordinate directly with our process-service team (see Service of Process) to serve the respondent statewide or nationwide.

If service is not possible after diligent search, we prepare the motion and affidavit for constructive service by publication.

Paternity Petition

A paternity action establishes legal fatherhood and opens the door to child support, time-sharing, and a parenting plan. We prepare the Petition to Determine Paternity, the UCCJEA affidavit, child support guidelines worksheet, financial affidavits, and a proposed parenting plan.

Genetic testing requests and acknowledgments of paternity are also handled as part of the case preparation.

Petition for Modification

Existing custody, time-sharing, or child support orders can be modified when there is a substantial, material, and unanticipated change in circumstances. We prepare the Supplemental Petition for Modification, updated financial affidavits, revised child support worksheet, and a revised parenting plan if applicable.

We help you document the change and lay out the petition narrative so the court has a clear picture of why modification is warranted.
